Account keeping fee

This applies only if fees are not paid as agreed. If an account with VEDD Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd remains outstanding for more than 30 days from the invoice date, we may, at our discretion, charge an additional account keeping fee of $150. Professional fees remain payable even if you choose not to proceed with or complete the requested services, subject to our refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Acknowledgement of terms of engagement

You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of engagement and fee schedule provided by VEDD Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd, and you appoint VEDD Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd as your authorised tax agent to act on your behalf in matters relating to the Australian Taxation Office as authorised by this engagement. Personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy.
