Programme terms

  1. The referral programme is offered by VEDD Accounting & Taxation Services Pty Ltd ("VEDD"). It is open to anyone aged 18 or over who requests a referral code on this page.
  2. A reward is earned when a person who has not previously been a VEDD client (the "new client") engages VEDD for paid services, gives the referral code at their first contact with VEDD (on the contact form or the engagement form), and pays their first VEDD invoice in full. A code cannot be added to an enquiry or engagement after it has been made.
  3. The reward is a credit of $50 where the new client engages VEDD for individual services, or $100 where the new client is a business (company, trust, partnership or sole trader engaging business services). VEDD determines which applies.
  4. The credit is applied to the referrer's next VEDD invoice. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or applied to an invoice that has already been paid, and expires 12 months after VEDD confirms it.
  5. One reward is paid per new client, regardless of how many people may claim to have referred them. If more than one code is given, the first code recorded by VEDD applies.
  6. Rewards are not paid for referring yourself, your own business or a person who is already a VEDD client, nor where the referrer and the new client are the same person or household acting to obtain a reward improperly.
  7. The referrer is responsible for providing a correct name, a working email address and an Australian mobile number. VEDD confirms every reward against its own client records and is not obliged to pay a reward where the referrer cannot be identified or contacted.
  8. Rewards are confirmed by VEDD in its discretion. VEDD may decline, delay or withdraw a reward where it reasonably believes the programme is being misused, and may change or end the programme at any time. Rewards confirmed before any change are honoured.
  9. Personal information provided for the programme is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Referral codes are not confidential, but we never tell a new client who else has used a code.
  10. Rewards may have tax consequences for the recipient. Ask us if you are unsure.
